Mary provides compassionate, faith-filled counseling for adolescents, adults, and couples who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, and other painful life experineces.
Her approach is warm, attentive, and deeply respectful of each person's story. Mary believes that healing becomes possible when clients are given a safe place to understand the wounds they carry, recognize their inherent dignity, and begin moving toward greater emotional and spiritual freedom.
With extensive experience in spiritual formation and ministry, including many years serving Spanish-speaking communities in both Mexico and Dallas, Mary is able to provide counseling in both English and Spanish.
