Mary Nuxoll MS, LPC

Mary Nuxoll MS, LPC

Mary has 5 years of experience as a counselor in the Dallas area and her office is located in Irving. She also has experience serving as a spiritual guide to the Spanish speaking community for 10 years in Mexico and 10 years in Dallas, allowing her to work with both English and Spanish-speaking clients. The desire for spiritual and psychological healing for each of her clients prompts her to be affirming, creative and fully receptive to whatever the client brings in their hearts to her office. She is a staunch believer that healing is possible because of the goodness, truth, and beauty found in every person that simply needs to be discovered, treasured, and given authentic freedom.

A particular approach grounded in healing the wounds that memories and past experiences have inflicted, imbues Mary’s work with a focus on guiding and accompanying the client through the struggles of healing until they emerge stronger and even more fulfilled than they found themselves before.

Mary spends the rest of her week ministering to the adolescents at the Highlands School giving them the opportunity to be heard and to offer them guidance. She also offers them Theology of the Body and Teen Star classes, as well as classes regarding human formation, theology, spiritual growth, prayer and of course psychological growth. In her free time, she enjoys sports, painting, and a good movie. Prayer and community time is an essential part of her day and a source of guidance in her accompaniment of those on the journey towards healing.
